1. Use of the Platform
a. The clinical notes generation platform offered by Leafy Notes LLC is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace the expertise and judgment of healthcare professionals. The generated clinical notes are intended for reference purposes and should not be considered as professional medical or therapeutic advice.
b. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any information or content generated through the platform. The use of the generated clinical notes is at your own risk.

2. Protection of Personal Health Information (PHI)
a. Leafy Notes LLC does not store or save any personal information or generated clinical notes on the platform. Once the clinical notes are generated, they are displayed to the user, and no copies are retained or stored by Leafy Notes LLC.

c.
